Ingredientes

Panceta de cerdo adobada, curada, ahumada y precocinada. / Marinated, cured, smoked and precooked pork belly

Modo de conservación

Conservar entre 0 y 5 grados./ Store refrigerated (0-5º).
Abrir la bandeja y dejar orear el producto durante 20 o 30 minutos a temperatura ambiente. Freír en sartén o freidora con bastante aceite a 180º durante 4 ó 5 minutos. Sacar los torreznos de la sartén o freidora y poner el aceite a 200ºC. Una vez alcanzada esta temperatura volver a introducir los torreznos durante 1 o 2 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando. Dejar escurrir y quedarán listos para consumir fríos o calientes / Open the tray and let the product air for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature. Fry in a pan or deep fryer with enough oil at 180º for 4 or 5 minutes. Remove the toppings from the frying pan or fryer and put the oil at 200ºC. Once this temperature is reached, reintroduce the torreznos for 1 or 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let drain and they will be ready to consume hot or cold.
